Unexpectedly at his residence in Burlington, Ontario, on Friday, March 4, 2016, at the age of 45. Beloved son of Eric and Sandra (Smith) Adams. Loving brother of Mitchell Adams and Jeffrey Adams (Christina). Cherished uncle of Ben, Hank, Johnathan, Sydney and Kurt. Trevor will be fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles and extended family in Prince Edward Island, as well as his many friends. Visitation was held at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, (905-632-3333), on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Trevor to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
