It is with deep sadness, that we the family of our beloved brother Don, announce his passing at Golden Heights Manor, Bonavista on February 2, 2017 at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Mary Ellen Pelley, sisters: Daphne Noseworthy (Andrew), Cassie and Betty; brothers: Boyce and Calvin; sisters-in-law: Joan and Mamie Pelley. Left with loving memories, brothers: Tom, Portugal Cove, Harry, Shoal Harbour and Bob (Ruby), Gander; sister Margaret Dufort (Paul), St. John's. Also leaving to mourn, many nieces, nephews and other family members. Special caring friends, Bill and Rona Maidment, Lindo Palmer and Fraser Russell, Clarenville. A sincere thank you to the staff at Golden Heights Manor Bonavista for their care and kindness shown to Don. Cremation has taken place, with inurnment to take place at a later date at the Shoal Harbour Cemetery, Church Hill. Donations in Don's memory may be made to the Shoal Harbour United Church Cemetery Fund or to a charity of one's choice. Much of the beauty of life is found in the people who care for others.
