Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Chancellor Park, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's, Ann Hearn at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her parents Anne (nee Smart) and William Hearn; her brother William (Bill); her sisters Sarah (Sadie) Fifield, Kathleen, Alice Soper and Georgina Sweers; sister-in-law Ann Hearn; brothers-in-law Bernard Fifield, Michael Healey and Maxwell Soper. Leaving to mourn her sister Agnes and her husband Eugene Fitzgerald; brother-in-law Kevin Sweers and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Chancellor Park for the many years of warm and loving care they provided to Ann. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of Peace Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Newfoundland and Labrador Alzheimer's Society.
