(Frye), Pauline Died peacefully at the Carmelite House in Grand Falls-Windsor on June 4th, Pauline Freeman of Norris Arm, age 86. Born in Summerville, March 11, 1922, Pauline was the last surviving member of a large family. Predeceased by husband Clifford Freeman in 1983, parents Anna Jane (Lane) and Jethro Frye, parents-in-law Prudence (Moores) and Allan Freeman, sisters: Elizabeth Purchase, Alfreda Noble, Blanche Purchase, Christina Jones, Annie Fogwell, Gladys Howse, Shirley Holloway, Margaret Reader; brothers: John and Augustus Frye; also by several step-siblings. Pauline is lovingly remembered by her devoted family: daughters: Prudence (Everett) Adams, Wooddale, Barbara (Harold) Martin, Ottawa, Ontario, Annette Freeman, Marie Chadwick, Oshawa, Ontario; sons: Allan (Linda) Freeman, Clifford Freeman, Ajax, Ontario, Terry (Judy) Freeman, Calvin (Juanita) Freeman. Also remembered by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Ruby (Freeman) Butt, Gander; brother-in-law William Freeman, Ajax, Ontario; special friend Caroline (Compton) Freeman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Norris arm, 2 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2008. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Woolfrey's Funeral Home, Lewisporte.
