COWPER, CLARA MARY At the Carleton Memorial Hospital at Woodstock, NB on March 21, 2004, Clara Mary Cowper of Debec, NB. Born September 15, 1938 to the late Fred and Laura (Porter) Cowper as an only child. Clara is survived by several cousins on both, the Cowper and Porter sides of the family, two aunts, Mary (Elmer) Porter, Joan (Louis) Porter as well as a host of friends. Being an educator by trade she taught for several years at Limestone, NB and for more than thirty years at Woodstock High School and has been retired for several years. She was a very active member of the Woodstock Wesleyan Church as well as many other organizations in both Woodstock and Debec. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville where friends may call on Tuesday, March 23 from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 24, at 2:00 p.m. from the Funeral Home with Pastor Dale MacDonald officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Lower Meductic Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to a memorial of the donor's choice. "Serving All Faiths & Within The Means Of All"
