BOYD, MACMILLAN In Toronto, Ontario on February 22, 2007 in his 99th year. Beloved husband of the late Chloe Boyd, loving father of Sally and her husband David Jordan and devoted grandfather to Sarah Jordan and Martha Jordan of Toronto. Predeceased by two sisters, six brothers, three nieces: Alice Lou Rouse, Eleanor Boyd, Dorothy Graham, and by his brother-in-law, Richard Malloy. Lovingly remembered by his sister-in-law, Helen Malloy, his nephew and niece, Bill and Marlene Boyd, the Rouse family nieces and nephews and by his great friend, Jack Fenety. Businessman, community volunteer, fisherman, golfer, curler, visual artist and lover of the land and waterscapes of New Brunswick, Mac was truly a man for all seasons. The family wishes to acknowledge the kindness extended to Mac by the caring staff of Kensington Gardens in Toronto and of Windsor Court in Fredericton. A Memorial Service will be held in Fredericton at a date to be announced. For those who wish, donations to the Miramichi Salmon Association, 125 Whiting Road, Suite 200, Fredericton, NB, E3B 5Y5, to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or to the charity of one's choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
