LITTLE, JOSEPH R. - The death of Mr. Joseph R. Little, loving husband of Elizabeth (Morton) Little, of East Saint John, occurred on Friday January 2, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born March 16, 1924 in Saint John he was the son of the late Harry and Marie (DeLucry) Little. Joseph served in WWII as a cook. He was a member of Simonds Lions Club for 20 years. Besides his loving wife Elizabeth, he is survived by his step daughter Marie Gibb (Robert) of Saint John; brothers Francis Little of Saint John; Harold Little (Dorothy) of McCann, NS, James Little (Mabel) of Saint John and John Thomas Little of Saint John; sisters Eleanor Horgan, Colleen Mantle (Thomas), Christina Black and Elizabeth Ann Bowes (James) all of Saint John; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by sister Marjorie Little. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday January 5, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery.
