BEATRICE (FLANN) KINGSTON

KINGSTON, BEATRICE (FLANN) - Bea passed away peacefully at Loch Lomond Villa on Saturday, November 24th, 2007. Born in Jacquet River, NB on August 18th, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Cormier. She is survived by her sons, Gerald (Bonnie) Flann of Prince Rupert, BC and Rick (Tracey) Flann of Kingston Peninsula, NB; daughters, Lois Flann of Darlings Island, NB, Joan (Bruce) Phillips of Dalhousie, NB, Mona Flann of Saint John, NB; stepdaughter Carol (Paul) Lea; and grandchildren, Cheryl, Joyce, Susan, Karen, Elaine, Norman, Brenda, Rachael, Tracey, Junior, Ben and Luke; and several great grandchildren. Bea is also survived by her sisters, Gladys Walker of Oakville, ON, and Sylvia of PQ; brothers Alley Cormier and Vincent Cormier of ON; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Flann in 1965; second husband Arnold Kingston; daughter Anne (Flann) Grennan; grandson Patrick Grennan; brothers, Ludger, Norman, Edgar, Clifford; and sister Audrey. The family greatly acknowledges the loving care provided by the staff of the Loch Lomond Villa Nursing Home and send a special thanks to her friends there. Bea was a member of the Zion United Church, Women's Institute, as well as the Order of the Eastern Star and the family would also like to extend appreciation for the many years of Friendship and Fellowship bestowed upon her over the years. Memorial service and reception will be held on Wednesday, November 28th, 2007 at 10 am at Zion United Church, New Mills, NB, followed by interment with her first husband, Robert Flann. Memorial donations may be made to the Loch Lomond Villa Foundation or a charity of your choice.
