Francois (Frank) Nowlan ROGERSVILLE, NB - Francois (Frank) Nowlan, 101, widowed of Alma Blanchette, of Foyer L'Assomption Rogersville, and formerly of Bouctouche, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2003 at his residence. Born in Bouctouche, NB on January 18, 1902 he was the son of the late Jean Nowlan and Pélagie LeBlanc. He attended Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche. He is survived by one daughter, Anita McFadden of Moncton; one son, Claude Blanchette (Marie) of Acadieville; nine grandchildren, Debbie, Yvon, Guy, Maureen, Ronnie, Brenda, Roland, Eloi, Annette; eight great grandchildren, Joselyn, Julie Pier, Janelle, Jessica, Tanya, Jason, Shannon, Shawn; several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one son, Alphée; two sisters, Délima, Laudia and four brothers, Edgar, Lucas, Pierre, Willie. Resting at Maillet Funeral Home, Ltd., Bouctouche with visitation on Sunday, May 11 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday from 12:30 to 1:45 pm. Funeral service will be held at Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Monday, May 12, 2003 at 2:00 pm. Interment in Parish Cemetery.
