Mr. Norbert Manuel BAIE ST. ANNE, NB - Mr. Norbert Manuel of Chemin Rivere du Portage, Baie Ste. Anne, N.B. occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Friday, June 6, 2003 at the age of 71. Born in Baie Ste. Anne he was the son of the late William George and Rose (Chaisson) Manuel. He was a retired Electrician and attended St. Anne Roman Catholic Church. Survived by six daughters; Alcima Manuel, Lorna Duke, Carina Mahoney, Marie Claude Manuel, Nicole (Mrs. Roger MacDonald) and Shelly Manuel all of Chatham, NB; five sisters, Lorette (Mrs. Raymond Poirer) of Saint John, NB. Arthemise Gordon of Toronto, ON, Louise Manuel and Doreen (Mrs. Gordon Dunham) all of Saint John, NB. and Diane Doucet of Baie Ste. Anne, NB.; 22 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.. Predeceased by two sisters; Theresa Gagnon and Anita Arsenault; seven brothers, Norman, Alphonse, Hycinth, Benoit, Ambrose, Eric and Abel and one daughter Yvette Martin. Visitation will be held at the Church Slumber in Baie Ste. Anne on Tuesday at 2 P.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 4 P.M. which will be celebrated at Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church.
