Elizabeth Tivadar 1924-2006 Elizabeth (Bette) Tivadar of Hanna, AB, passed away on December 21st, 2006 at the Red Deer Hospital at the age of 82. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late J.J and Elizabeth Dunphy. She was a veteran of World War II, having served in the C.W.A.C, following the war Bette trained as a nurse, and then joined the R.C.A.F as a nursing sister. She is survived by her husband, Stefan Tivadar of Hanna; two daughters, Janet and Margaret; two sons, Andrew and Blaise. She is also survived by one brother, Jack Dunphy of Pierrefonds, and two sisters, Florence and Patricia Dunphy of Moncton. She was predeacesed by a son, Paul; three sisters, Laura, Marguerite and Jean; four brothers, Mark, Fred, Francis and Peter. Funeral mass and burial took place in Hanna, AB on December 28th, 2006.
