Marie-Louise Cormier 1926 - 2007 SAINT-MARIE DE KENT, NB - Marie-Louise Cormier, age 81, of Villa Beau Soleil, Sainte-Marie de Kent, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her family, on Monday September 17th, 2007 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Married to the late Fidèle Cormier (1998), she was born on September 7th, 1926 in Salem, Mass., and was raised in Saint-Paul de Kent, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Eliza (Née Bourque) Bourque. Marie-Louise worked in several manufactures both in Canada and the US in several capacities. She belonged to the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent, and the Sainte-Marie de Kent Golden Age club. Marie-Louise is survived by two daughters, Elise Mahoney (Walter) and Frances Sheila Lorino, both of Lynn, Mass; three sisters, Béatrice Léger (Léonel) of Moncton, Frances Cormier (Alfred) of Mississauga, ON, Leona LeBlanc of Hanover, ON; four grandchildren, Joseph, John,Michael, Jacqueline; four great grandchildren, Joseph-Patrick, Anthony, Mia, Julien and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one sister Marie and one brother Pierre. Visitation will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church slumber room, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Wednesday September 19th, from 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 7:00 pm at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
