(76)– Passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, in Halifax NS with family and friends at his side. At Jack’s request a graveside burial service will take place Wednesday Apr 8th, 2009 at 2pm in Pouch Cove United Church Cemetery in Pouch Cove. No flowers by request of the family, Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Newfoundland & Labrador or the charity of one’s choice.
