Predeceased by husband Lester on January 7,1977 and special daughter in-law Lois. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, daughter Ethel (Winston) Hunt, sons Baxter and Lester (Ann) Bowering; 10 grandchildren, 23 great -grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren; brother Wesley (Edna) Mitchell and many other family and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home , 329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL. Visitation Saturday, January 26, 2008, 7p.m.-9 p.m., Sunday, January 27, 2008, 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 7p.m.-9 p.m. and Monday, January 28, 2008, 10 a.m. to 12 Noon. Funeral service to be held Monday, January 28, 2008 from Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle, Empire Avenue, St. John's, NL at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
