Born in Newfoundland, November 3rd, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Beatrice Attwood and the beloved wife of the late Ralph M. Pitcher. Dear mother of Edmund R. and his wife Sue of Lexington, MA., Barbara E. Pitcher Patt of Calgary, Alberta., David C. and his wife Paula of Beverly, MA., Donald J. and his wife Nancy of Cummaquid, MA., Devoted sister of Emma Barker of Oshawa, Ontario and Steven Atwood of Thornhill, Ontario. Mary is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday 9/25, 4-8 pm in the Doane, Beal & Ames funeral home 160 W. Main St. Hyannis, MA. 02601. A funeral service will be held Friday 9/26, 11:00 am in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church 2736 Falmouth Rd. Osterville, MA. 02655.
