Betty Crawford passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at home. She was born on February 4, 1946, Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Edwin “Ted” and Mary Oakford. Besides her husband Paul, she is survived by her children, Donald (Kelly) Robertson and Carolyn Robertson; sister, Faye-Dawn (Vladmiur) Phillips; brother, Edwin (Jeanette) Oakford; grandchildren, Robert, Shania, Marlee, Cole and Travis; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). As to Betty’s request there will be no formal visitation, relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 7:00 PM from Brenan’s Chapel.
