Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre on April 10, 2011, with his two daughters by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 75. Predeceased by wife, Theresa (Jackman); daughter, Lynn-Marie; parents, Richard and Mary Walsh; brother, Richard and wife Eileen, and sister, Helen Fleet. Leaving to mourn two daughters, Eleanor and husband Jay (grandchildren Vanessa and Ian), Vancouver Island, BC, Moya and husband, James (grandson, Daniel), Calgary, AB. He also leaves three brothers and one sister: Patrick (Margaret, deceased), Leo (Bridget, deceased), John (Barbara) and Theresa McDonald (Thomas, deceased). Special friend, Rosina. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to extend special thanks to John & Barbara Walsh, Theresa McDonald, Leo Walsh and Gerald Wadden for their many acts of kindness. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday, April 12, from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Corpus Christi Church at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2011. At Tom’s request cremation has taken place. Inurnment at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made to Daffodil House.
