We the family of Janine Marie O’Rourke, would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to everyone who helped us during our recent loss. To everyone who provided food; personal visits; and reached out by phone. Everyone who sent cards; flowers; and donations in Janine’s memory; to her friends, school classmates and co-workers, who attended her Celebration of Life, Thank you.
To Fr. Bill Burke, we deeply appreciated your kind, tender words which had a very special meaning for us and for everyone who attended Janine’s service, thank you for being there for us during this most difficult time. To Anita Vosman-O’Rourke you did a fantastic job with the readings, thank you.
We would also like to say “Thank you “to Bill Laurie and the staff of the Pier Community Funeral Home, you went above and beyond for us. The “Doves” flying home will be forever etched in our hearts. Also, John and I would like to extend special thanks to Sgt. Gil Boone of the Cape Breton Regional Police Service for his kindness and professionalism give to us when informed of our loss. Once again thank you to all.
Your thoughtfulness will never be forgotten.
