SINCLAIR, Allan Robert - November 14, 1946 - September 8, 2017 Passed away unexpectedly at the Ottawa General Hospital surrounded by his loving family on September 8, 2017. Forever missed by the love of his life and best friend Betty. Allan was the son of the late Ivan and Ada and son-in-law of the late Arnold and Jessie Watt. Loving brother of Ivan (Diane), Anne (Vimy), the late Ruthie (Richard) and predeceased by sister-in-law Lana. Allan will be missed by Betty’s family Gloria (Bob), Ruth (Peter), Edith, Brian (Joan), Shirley, the late Barry (Ginette), Vivian (Rob), Heather (late Charlie), Rodney (Sarah). He leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Allan will be missed by his Godchildren Erin Sinclair and Melanie Ross as well as his two furry friends Jackson and Cacotte.
