Peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018 of Doug Bevins of Charlottetown, in his 50th year. Beloved son of Jean (nee Arthur) and the late Richard "Dick" Bevins. Loving brother of Donna (Bobby) Bevins-Connelly and Gerry (Daneen) MacDonald. Dear father of Morgan Akerley and Jacob Handrahan, and numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Saturday, then transferred to the Sherwood Church of the Nazarene for funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment later in the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
