Woodrow Francis passed peacefully away on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the age of 54 years. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Bernice Francis; sister: Laura Hutchings; nieces: Shea Burry. Left to mourn are his children: Jill Ellsworth, Kendra Francis, James Francis; siblings: Norman (Joan) Francis, Gary (Marina) Francis, Elizabeth (Raymond) Cole, Kimberley Francis. As well as a large extended family of nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and great-nieces and nephews. Large circle of loving friends and supportive colleagues.
