Passed peacefully at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on April 5, 2019, at the age of 90 after a brief illness. Predeceased by her parents Ken and Elizabeth Tucker; her husband, Newton and her son, Carl; and brothers: Valen, Wilson and Wilfred. Leaving to mourn, sons: Grenfell (Eleanor), John (Pauline), Paul (Trena); daughter, Diane; grandchildren: Kelly, Trevor, Tim, Amanda, Dane, Trevor, Rene, Andy, Tim; granddaughter, Charlotte – who took care of her in her final months; great-grandson, David; daughter-in-law Millicent; and brother Selby (Delilah); as well as numerous other family members and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Sunday, April 7, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 11:00am, with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
