It is with broken hearts that we, the family of Susan Bridget Hill, age 83, of Sydney, announce her peaceful passing on Monday, April 15, 2019. Born October 27, 1935, in Marystown, NL, she was the daughter of the late John Charles Power and Catherine Fitzsimmons-Power.
The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Gerald Hill and son, Kevin Seymour.
Susan is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved her dearly.
At her request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A celebration of Susan’s life will be held at Sydney Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 23 at 11 a.m., with Jane Keller, L.L.W.L. officiating.
