JOERGENSEN, Hazel (Warren) – Passed peacefully away on June 3rd, 2011 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Survived by five children: sons, Bill and Charles, daughters, Gloria, Claudia and Kim and seven grandchildren. Interment will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 1st at the United Church Cemetery in Hr. Grace.
