DAMERY, ROBERT - Robert Arthur Damery, 80, Bridgewater, Lunenburg County passed away July 6, 2012 in QE11 Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Fredericton, NB he was a son of the late Roland and Evelyn (Chase) Damery. He was employed for many years as a sales representative for Matchless Paint; a former director of Nova Scotia Power and Commodore for the LaHave River Yacht Club. Surviving are his wife, Shirley (Mallory); daughters, Deborah (David) Lazear; Alyson (Paul) Ouellette; sister, Barbara (Raymond) Williams; grandchildren, Jackson, Megan, Dirk (Dembroski); several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Friday in R. A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Reverend Ivan Norton officiating. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Saint John, N.B. at a later date. No flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
