Unexpectedly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, December 6, 2008, of Ms. Maureen (nee Wood) Clinton of Charlottetown, and formerly of Souris, in her 71st year. Dear mother of Rose Clinton of Charlottetown, Darlene (Mark) Garner of Kitchener, Ontario, and Kerry (Mark) White of Georgetown, Ontario. Maureen is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Patrick Wood, Erin Bath, Carolyn French, Tom Cheverie, David Cheverie, Bob Cheverie, Judy Cheverie, Linda Cheverie, Lucy Mathers, Susan Heiderman, Paul Cheverie, Terri Chattaway and special friend of Walter LePage. She was predeceased by her brother, Terry Wood. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Sherwood Cemetery.
