The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on June 3, 2013, of Helen Theresa Campbell of St. Georges.
Wife of Louis, and mother to Kevin (Dolores), Louie (Kathy), Nadine, Anne, Phyl and Mairi (Thom). Also survived by her grandchildren, Quinn, Ethan, Colin, Alex, Elizabeth, Heather and Ian; brothers and sisters, Lawrence (Mary Anne) Johnston, Emily (Kenny) Murphy, Gerald Johnston and Geordie (Gail) Johnston; as well as her sister-in-law, Lucina Shephard.
Predeceased by her parents, Theresa and Austin Johnston, and by her sisters Mary MacDonald and Eileen Llewellyn.
Resting at St. George’s Roman Catholic Church Lounge, St. George’s, for visitation on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. George’s Roman Catholic Church, St. George’s, on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 2 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
Memorial donations in Helen’s memory, may be made to Southern Kings Hospice or to St. George’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery Fund.
