Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, September 13, 2008, of Cyril Francis Campbell, Charlottetown, veteran of the Second World War and Korean War, age 90 years. Dear father of Michael (Joan), Celeste Currie, Patrick, Hugh, Sr. Joan and James (Lynn). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Lori, Angela, Carolyn, Carissa, Matthew and Peter. Cyril’s only surviving sibling is Lucy Bowness, Quebec. Predeceased by his wife, Reta Martha (nee Hennessey) and by his parents James and Prisscelle (Blanchard) Campbell. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Tuesday at 1 p.m., then to St. Dunstan’s Basilica for funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. Interment in St. Michael’s Parish Cemetery, Corran Ban.
