Harold (Hal) J. Roberts - S/Sgt. RCMP (Ret.).
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Harold (Hal) Roberts announce his unexpected passing on November 21st, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Hermitage, Newfoundland, on October 14th, 1940, Hal was the eldest son of Elsie and Herman Roberts. Survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Lynn Roberts (nee Joyce), his cherished children Karen (Audun Rogne), Craig (Kelly), Pamela (Neil Griffith) and precious grandchildren Gabriella and Dane Griffith and Kristian Rogne. Survived also by his mother Elsie and sister Madge (Melvin) of Fortune Nfld., brothers Clarence of Thunder Bay and Gordon of Vancouver, pre-deceased by his father Herman and youngest brother Jack. He was active in the community as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in St. Andrews Passamaquoddy Branch #8, enjoyed travelling with Lynn and sharing time with his many friends from near and far.
