Bruce Palmer

PALMER, BRUCE ERNEST -It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Bruce following a lengthy illness on January 13 at the age of 45 in Dryden, Ontario. Born November 23, 1968 in Saint John, he was the son of Barbara (Gogan) and David Palmer. Bruce graduated from Kennebecasis High School and went on to become a journeymen cabinet maker. His greatest pride and joy were his children and he loved to go fishing with his family. He played hockey for years and was involved with his son’s hockey teams. Bruce was a huge fan of Toronto Maple Leafs. He is survived by his wife Kristina (Bembeneck) and daughters Maggie and Payton, sons Alex and Kailob, three brothers Mark (Stephanie), Paul (Crystal), Christopher (Melana), grandmother Madeline Gogan, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Bruce's funeral will be held January 20, 2014 in Dryden, Ontario. Stevens Funeral home are entrusted with the arrangements. In memory of Bruce, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society, or to a charity of the donors choice. A memorial service in celebration of Bruce’s life will be held at a later date at St. Mark's Church.
