LAPOINTE, VICTORIA - It is with heavy hearts, the family of Anna Victoria Ruby (MacNeil) LaPointe , wife of Gene LaPointe, announce her passing which occurred peacefully at her residence on Thursday, May 29 2014 surrounded by her family. Vicki was predeceased by her parents Urban (Herbie), Ruby MacNeil and Llewelleyn (Joey) MacNeil. Vicki enjoyed four-wheeling and ice fishing with her husband Gene. She had a strong love for her grandchildren and cherished pets; Lucy, Aussie and Zipper. Besides her husband; Gene, Vicki is survived by her three special daughters; Leanne (Brent) Sherwood of Quispamsis, Michelle and Danielle LaPointe both of Kars, New Brunswick. Also, Vicki is survived by one brother, Andrew (Heather) MacNeil of Saint John and sister; Linda (Bryan) Campbell of Ottawa, Ontario. She is also survived by her very important grandchildren; Kennedy, Garrett, Hudson and Jack Sherwood.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424), with visitation taking place on Sunday, June 01, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00PM and 7:00 to 9:00PM. The funeral service will take place on Monday, June 02, 2014 at the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. It was Vicki's request for her friends and family to be dressed in color.
