TEAKLES, CURRIE - Currie Teakles of Drury's Cove passed away on December 16, 2014 at the age of 78. He was the son of the late Ira and Lewella Teakles. He is survived by his wife Winnie, his son, Randy (Tina); his daughters: Wendy McGinnis (Dan), Cheryl Mason and Lorraine Armstrong (Robbie); ten grandchildren: two great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews; Currie is predeceased by his son Roger in 2006 and by his sister Rebie Cripps who passed away in 1997.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A service celebrating Currie’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 2:00 pm followed by an opportunity to visit with the family immediately following the service. A private family interment will take place at Creightonville Cemetery.
