Abla Bassett
Peacefully in her home on November 4, 2015 Abla Bassett (nee Rahal), age 65, of Charlottetown, P.E.I., fell asleep in the Lord surrounded by her loving husband and children.
Beloved wife of George Bassett. Dear mother of Leila (Dimitri), Nahie Nancy (Boutros), Mary Lou (Fahed), Georgina, Sarah (Koffi), Ramez, Haifa Lucy (Anthony). Also survived by 17 adoring grandchildren.
Resting at Ss Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, 26 Lower Malpeque Road, Charlottetown, P.E.I., until Friday morning. Visiting hours at the church Thursday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral service Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in the family plot at Ss Peter & Paul Orthodox Cemetery on Sleepy Hollow Road.
