ANDERSON, ALASTAIR SCOTT
The death of Alastair Scott Anderson occurred suddenly on March 28, 2016.
Before retirement, Alastair was a minister for St. Andrews St. David’s United Church in uptown Saint John. Alastair was an extremely social, colourful individual and could always put a smile on people’s faces. He was well known in the uptown Saint John community. He was very creative, with a talent for painting. He was also an exceptional cook, especially his homemade marmalade.
Alastair’s many friends and family are invited to celebrate his life and have a beer for Alastair at the Saint John Ale House, 1 Market Square, Saint John, NB on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 2 to 4 PM. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424).
For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Alastair may be made to the Greater Saint John Community Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
