Jean Lillian Hancock, 79, of Wolfville, NS passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 in the Wolfville Nursing Home. She was the daughter of Alice and Ernest MacCumber. Jean is survived by daughter Helen (Howard) Smith of High River, AB, step-son Elliott Hancock of Halifax, granddaughter Lora (Kenneth) Marsters and great-granddaughter Reagan, of Edmonton, AB, sister Ernestine Arsenault of Halifax, Alice (Bev) Langley of Bridgetown and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Wolfville Funeral Chapel, 568 Main Street Wolfville (902-542-4656). A private family service has taken place.
