The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Palliative Care Unit Community Hospital, O’Leary, on Saturday, July 9, 2016, of Alice “Faye” Hutchinson of O’Leary, beloved wife of the late Wallace Hutchinson, aged 68 years. Born on March 31, 1948, in O’Leary, daughter of the late Leon and Vivian (Brooks) Woodside. Loving mother to Pam (Barry) Cooke, Cape Wolfe; Kevin (LeeAnne), Knutsford; Darren (Glenda), Springfield West; and Kim Hutchinson (Pat Given), Memramcook, N.B. Loving grandmother to Kyle (Brittanie), Kory (Krista), Kurtis, Hillary, Ryan, Alex, Lily, Griffen, special grandsons Jesse, Dylan; and great-grandchildren Fynn, Beau and Jett. Faye is also survived by sisters Ursula Cornish, O’Leary, and brothers-in-law Billy and Harold, both of Summerside. Faye was her predeceased by parents, husband Wallace, daughter Kelly, grandsons Noah Arsenault and Kameron Cooke and brother Bert Woodside. Resting at Ferguson Funeral and Chapel, O’Leary with visiting hours on Monday, July 11, 2016, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Tuesday July 12, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow in People’s Cemetery, Mount Royal. In lieu of flowers in memory of Faye, memorials to People’s Cemetery or O’Leary Community Health Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) would be appreciated.
