MAUNDER, JOSEPH (JOEY) MICHAEL Joey M. Maunder of Nackawic died August 4, 2002 in Fredericton. born at Fredericton on August 20, 1981, he was a son of John Maunder and Marcella Eidson. Hockey, Tae Kwon Do, family, friends and Tanika were all passions in the short life Joey lived. He will be remembered by his sparkling smile, laughing eyes and charismatic personality that touched all. Joey is survived by his father, John Maunder (Jean), Nackawic; his mother, Marcella of Kingsport, Tennessee; his sister, Melanie Maunder, Fredericton, his maternal grandfather, George Eidson, Mt. Carmel, Tennessee; two nephews Ryan and Shane; several cousins, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Gladys Eidson and his paternal grandparents, George and Kathleen Maunder. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of the Christian burial will be celebrated at Sts. Simon and Jude Church, Nackawic on Thursday, August 8, 2002 at 11 a.m., Rev. Dan Melanson, Rev. William Brennan and Rev. Leon Creamer officiating.
