MARLEY STEPHEN TABOR
TABOR, MARLEY STEPHEN The death of Marley Stephen Tabor of Ruby Court, Fredericton, husband of the late Georgia "Dordy" (Donovan) Tabor, occurred on Saturday, April 26, 2003 at his residence. Born in Sussex, he was the son of Elizabeth (Gillam) Tabor and the late Harold Tabor. Mr. Tabor was formerly employed with the City of Fredericton, retiring as a Supervisor. He was an avid outdoorsman, who greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing. Marley is survived by his mother of Sussex; two daughters, Bonny Tabor (John Capar) of Fredericton, and Judy Boyd (Richard) of Fredericton; a granddaughter, Kate Tabor of Fredericton; a brother, Andy Tabor (Gladys) of Sussex; sisters Wilma Bell (Elmer) of Sussex and Carlotta Spencer (Bill) of Hampton; a special brother-inlaw, Charles Sutherland of Keswick; and several nieces and nephews. Marley was predeceased by a brother, Merlin Tabor; and by sisters Shirley Sutherland and Audrey Purtle. Although there will be no visitation time, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, which will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 pm from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton North. Pastor Gordon James will officiate. A reception will follow the service in York Funeral Home's Fireside Room. Interment will take place in the Douglas Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
