
LOUISE COLLETTE-REYNOLDS
COLLETTE-REYNOLDS, LOUISE Louise Collette-Reynolds of Scotch Settlement, wife of Paul Reynolds, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in St. Eugene de Grantham, QC, she was the daughter of the late Laurent and Lucienne (Grisé) Collette. Louise was employed as a Records Manager and Legal Assistant for the Province of New Brunswick. She was a member of the Scotch Settlement Baptist Church, the Alpha Group Fellowship, and the Care Group of the church. Louise loved to entertain her family and friends, and enjoyed going to yard sales. She was a member of the ARMA, and was instrumental in developing the TRIM program for the Department of Justice. In addition to her husband, Louise is survived by two sons, Jocelyn Cordeau and Ryan Reynolds; a daughter, Sonya Reynolds; brothers Claude Collette (Monique Bouchard) of Cornwall, ON, and Gilles Collette (Diane LaLonde) also of Cornwall; sisters Denise Collette, France Collette (André Cabana) and Céline Collette (Jules Corbeil), all of St. Hyacinthe, QC, Ginette Collette (Serge Croteau) of Varennes, QC, and Madeleine Collette (Réjean Baillargeon) of St. Germain de Grantham, QC. Louise is also survived by aunt Dolores Rainville of Granby, QC, and aunt Blanche Petit also of Granby; 15 nieces and nephews; and 11 great nieces and nephews. Louise was predeceased by a sister, Monique Collette (Gérald Lonergean). Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton North, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM from the Mactaquac Baptist Church. Rev. Roger Urquhart will officiate. Interment will take place in the Scotch Settlement Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Ralph Waugh, Mike Stewart, Gerry Dupuis, Leo Cassie, Brian Chapman, and Brent Taylor.
