PATTERSON, ELLSWORTH ROBERT (BUDDY) The death of Ellsworth Patterson occurred June 28, 2003 in Westland, Michigan. Born in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1930 to Ellsworth Patterson Sr. and Mabel (Grant) Patterson. Grew up in Temple, N.B. Joined the US Army in 1948 and served in Japan, Korea and France. Returned to Westland where he worked for years in the automotive industry. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Predeceased by father Ellsworth Sr. (1976), mother Mabel (1932). Survived by wife Yoshie (Penny); daughters, Laura and Donna and son Bob; grandchildren Joe, David, Michael, Mark, Christie, Kimberlin and Scott all of Michigan; mother Laura Patterson; sisters, Shirley (Everett) Hansen, Norma Peabody, Marie Harling and brother Wilfred (Kathy) all of N.B; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
