CRITTENDEN, RALSTON (ROSS) S, 1922-2004 Ralston (Ross) Sterling Crittenden, age 82, of Saint John, N.B., passed away Sunday, September 5, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Mulgrave, Nova Scotia on June 17, 1922, he was the son of the late John and Mildred (Gould) Crittenden. Ralston is survived by his beloved wife Barbara E. (Trainor) Crittenden of Saint John, N.B.; daughter, Cathey Ralston of Saint John, N.B.; son, John of Saint John, N.B.; daughter Laurel (Rodger) Shepard of Vancouver, B.C.; daughter Carol (Robert) Buchanan of Rothesay, N.B.; son, Mark of Vancouver, B.C.; and granddaughters; Jaclyn and Stephanie Buchanan, daughters of Robert and Carol Buchanan; and Victoria Shepard, daughter of Rodger and Laurel Shepard and several nieces and nephews. Ralston was predeceased by his sister Myrtle Mooring. Visitation will take place at CASTLE "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701) on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Fallsview Chapel 1 pm on Friday September 10, 2004. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. A Tribute to a Veteran Service will be held at the Funeral Home 7 pm Thursday. Following the interment a reception will be held at the Fallsview Family Reception Centre.
