FLEET, RONALD WILLIAM DAVID The death of Ronald William David Fleet, husband of Doreen (Mason) Fleet, of Fredericton, NB occurred on May 18, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born on November 19, 1936 in Halifax, NS, he was a son of the late William and Lillian (Slaunwhite) Fleet. Ronald retired from the military with the Canadian Armed Forces. Since his retirement he was employed at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital and the Veterans Wing of the Victoria Health Center. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Michael Fleet of Halifax, NS and Mark Fleet (Raelynn) of Winnipeg, MN; four sisters; and one brother. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by one son William Harold Fleet. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, May 23, 2005 at 2 pm with Majors. Leo and Marie Vincent officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas Rural Cemetery, Fredericton, NB. In lieu of flowers, remembrances made to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated by the family.
