MERSEREAU, MARION PAULINE The passing of Marion P. Mersereau age 73 of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on August 18, 2005. Born in Noonan, NB, she was the daughter of Minnie (McCoy) MacDonald and the late Irvine MacDonald. She was a school teacher, worked for Belyea Insurance and taught at the Pentecostal Bible Institute for 15 years, as well as being a homemaker and housewife. She was a member of the Life Tabernacle Church, Hanwell Road where she was very active in the church work, teaching sunday school for many years. Survived by her husband of 54 years, Ken; two sisters Ruby Thompson (Fred) of Fredericton; Elizabeth Larlee (Howard) of Langley, BC; Six brothers John (Dorothy) of Fredericton, Ralph (Marg) of Welsford, George (Loy) of Fredericton, Paul (Ardith) of Kingsclear, Kenneth (Marilyn) and Tom (Jane) all of Saint John. Special niece Brenda as well as many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one niece Bonny Lyons. Resting at Life Tabernacle Church, Hanwell Road on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Service will be held at the church on Monday, 2 PM with Pastor Terry Messer and Pastor Ed Grant officiating. Interment will be in the Douglas Rural Cemetery.
