WINKEL, CHERYL MARY THERESA The death of Cheryl Winkel of Oromocto, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Saturday, June 24th, 2006. Born in Ottawa, ON, she was the daughter of Pricilla (Chenier) Grattan and the late Vincent Grattan and wife of Steve Verch. Cheryl will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Pricilla Grattan, Fredericton Junction, NB; her husband, Steve of Oromocto, NB; her sister, Cathy White (Neil) of Fredericton, NB; her brother, Bill Grattan of Edmonton, AB; her step-children, Stefan, Alex and Megan Verch all of Saint John, NB as well as her 2 nieces. She was predeceased by her father, Vincent Grattan. Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 27th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 28th, 2006 from the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Weir officiating. Burial will take place in St. Samuel's Catholic Cemetery, Miramichi, NB at a later date. Memorial donations in Cheryl's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association. www.oromoctofh.com
