BRIGGS, ROSS Ross Briggs of Surrey, B.C. passed away on November 17th, 2006. Born in Harvey, N.B. March 21, 1917. Son of late John and Tressa (Little) Briggs. Predeceased by his parents, one brother, Allan Briggs, and two nephews Richard and Kirk Briggs. Survived by his wife Lucille and sister Thelma Briggs, brother Manley Briggs; sister-in-laws, Clarice and Phyllis, two nephews, Wayne (Betty) and Kris (Jane).
