MERCIER, WENDI LEE Wendi Lee Mercier of Fredericton passed away December 5, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at Millville in 1960, she was a daughter of Margaret (Carey) Flemming and the late Jack Flemming. Wendi is survived by her husband, Vernon Jones; two sons, Joel Mercier (Angie) and Jesse Mercier, both of Edmonton, AB; a step-daughter, Lyndsay Jones, Fredericton; a step-son Scott Jones (Shelly), Fredericton; two grandchildren, Alicia and Callum; her mother, Margaret Flemming, Millville; two sisters, Vicki Parent (Wayne), Airdrie, AB and Sherri-Jo Coates (Norman), Merrickville, ON; four brothers, Leo Flemming (Mary), Burtt's Corner, David Flemming (Joanne), Terrace, BC, Brian Flemming (Audrey), Hainesville and Glenn Flemming, Millville; several nieces and nephews. Her father predeceased her in 1981. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 8, 2006 at 2 p.m. with Rev. David Wellwood officiating. Interment will follow at Hawkins Corner Cemetery.
