DROST, BRIAN DAVID The passing of Brian David Drost of Durham, NB, husband of Linda (Davidson) Drost, occurred on July 24, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 31, 1950 in Woodstock, NB, he was the son of the Mariam (Cronkhite) and the late Harry Drost. Brian was a merchandiser for Northumberland Dairy. In addition to his wife and mother, Brian is survived by his son, Jody Drost (Natasha) of Lakeville, NB; grandchildren, Taylor, Nevaeh, Adam and Alyssa; sisters, Janice Drost (Trent) of Nackawic, NB, Charlene Drost (Brian) of Fort McMurray, AB, Crystal Dore (Sherman) of Nackawic, NB; brothers, Laverne (Brenda) of Nackawic, NB, Roger (Sharon), Bernard (Ann) and Dwight (Sherry) all of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his father, Brian was predeceased by his brother, Wayne. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday, July 27, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, July 28, 2008 at 2 pm with Pastor Tom Kerr officiating.
