KNORR, KENNETH RONALD Kenneth Ronald Knorr of Hoyt, NB passed away peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Sunday morning April 5, 2009 . Born on November 08, 1924, in Hoyt NB, he was the son of the late Ernest and Alma (Charlton) Knorr. Kenneth is survived by his wife Grace (Cox) Knorr and three sons Wayne (Susan) of Fredericton, NB, Ronald (Ila Parker) of Hoyt, NB and Stephen (Angela) of Tracy , NB. He had five grandchildren: Anthony, Jenna and Erica, Morgan and Logan. Ken is also survived by a sister Betty Flowers , two brothers: Leo Knorr and Lawrence (Ruth) Knorr and brother-in-law Bill Cox, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, brother-in-law Charles Flowers and a sister-in-law Alberta (Worden) Knorr. Kenneth was a member of St. Luke's Anglican Church and worked as a woods worker, heavy equipment operator and truck driver for F.C. Alexanders for 32 years. He was a caring husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed working on his own woodlot and gardening. He was always ready to help out in his community and for years could be found in the cookhouse for local fairs and picnics. Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at Sunbury Funeral Home on Tuesday April 07, 2009, 2 to 4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be from St. Luke's Anglican Church on Wednesday April 08, 2009 at 11:00am, with Bishop George Lemmon officiating.
