NASON, KELLY ANN The passing of Kelly Ann Nason, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on July 9, 1961 in Woodstock, NB, she was a daughter of Pauline (Stairs) Taylor and the late Ken Nason. Kelly was proudly self employed as a home care worker. Kelly loved to laugh and play, especially in her garden or with her beloved pets, probably accompanied by friggin loud music. Through baking, crafts and thoughtful gifts, she brought joy to those in her life. She will be remembered as always putting others needs and happiness before her own. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her partner, Rob Clément; her son, Mike Nason (Kristin Crandall) of Fredericton, NB; his father, Mike Little of Woodstock, NB; siblings, Gary Nason (Pamela Fogarty) of Fredericton, NB, Kenny (Phyllis) Nason of Houlton, ME and Billie Jo (Meg) Taylor of Bangor, ME. Besides her father, she is predeceased by her brother, Kevin Nason; step-father, Freeman Taylor and grandmother, Alice Furrow. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
