BIGGAR, LUCY It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lucy Biggar at her residence in Fredericton, NB after a long courageous battle with illness. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Muriel Jarvis and loving spouse of 63 years to Lyman Biggar who took dilligent care of her for the last 5 years. She is survived by her husband, Lyman; her children, Lyman Biggar Jr. (Janet) of Fredericton, NB, Lynn Currie (Alan) of New Maryland, NB and Sandra Campbell of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Mark Biggar of Fredericton, Sean Campbell of Riverview and Victoria Biggar of Fredericton; siblings, Dave Jarvis (Helen) of Saint John, Alton Jarvis (Dawn) of Ontario, Connie Taylor (George) of Fredericton and Jeannie Jarvis of Saint John; many nieces nephews and cousins. Many people reaped the benefits from her talents as she was a great seamstress and she had a great passion for animals. Lucy's family wishes to thank the staff of Extra Mural and We Care for their kindness and compassion towards Mom. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Monday, November 23rd, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, November 24th, 2009 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Bruce McKenna officiating.
